Upper Body Strength.

Being strong in your upper body keeps stress off of your back. The stronger your upper body is the less pressure you put on your body. How do we get a strong upper Body, well one way is weight training, pushups, working with barbells. And for a overall body workout, i do 500 jumping jacks a day. You will find out that by building muscle helps your joints. So get up an move that body.
