Being a Senior Citizen.

I am a 66yo Senior Citizen, from age 18 to age 52  I over eat drunk alcohol and neglected my health. In October 1997, I was diagnose as being borderline High Blood Pressure. at that time I just kept on eating and drinking.When I passed out in my bathroom in November 15, 1998 with a Blood Pressure of over 250.

I had to learn about High Blood Pressure. Then I had to start living a different life.
