Upper Body Strength.

Being strong in your upper body keeps stress off of your back. The stronger your upper body is the less pressure you put on your body. How do we get a strong upper Body, well one way is weight training, pushups, working with barbells. And for a overall body workout, i do 500 jumping jacks a day. You will find out that by building muscle helps your joints. So get up an move that body.

Healthy Aging.

Whats good for the body is good for the Spirit as well. As we grow older it is important to keep motivated, and say to ourselfs we can do it. Regular exercise is even more important to seniors than any other group. Since the risk of disease, and lost of mobility is realized, more quickly. But as we know getting started is the Hardest.

The power of Exercise.

 Seniors i can tell you from my own experience, that exercise will improve your life. I am 64yo, and i do 500 jumping jacks every morning, and 30 pushups. I cannot began to tell you how great i feel . Remember you are what you eat.
